Thirteen Muesli

Muesli is a great nutrient-dense super food! It’s a mixture of raw oats, dried fruits, nuts, and seeds. You can put muesli in your salad, bake it in a cake or just eat it with yoghurt.

In our second year, we made different spice blends from our different cultural backgrounds. You can add them in your chicken, rice and/or veggies.
